I hope so because I am!
Last year was my best year online EVER thanks to all the fears I faced up to on Learn with Sally and by me being accountable on my blog…
Sooooooooooooooooooooooo!
I thought I’d better hold MYSELF accountable again by telling you guys what I want to do this year…
(Just so it kicks me up the bum and makes me DO it)
So, I’m going too (positive thinking and all )…
Interview at least 1 expert a month for my iTunes podcast:
I’m a little behind on this as I’ve had a horrible chest infection since christmas and I sound like a horse…
But I’ll catch up and I’ve got some FAB guests lined up to come on and share their juicy tips, so stay tuned for those!
Repurpose my interviews and create a free membership site:
I’m on a BIG repurposing drive this year and it’s starting with my interviews.
I have a domain name that’s been sitting gathering dust for years so I’m gonna pop all my interviews in their and let people BRAND them with their OWN affiliate links!
I’m also gonna provide some HOW TO videos and an affiliate toolkit ( squeeze pages, bonus pages etc) that sort of thing…
And it will all be FREE.

Create a product about podcasting:
I’ve had soooo many people ask me about the STEPS I took to get my podcast online…..
So I thought I’d better SHOW you guys and girls what I did, so that YOU can do the same!
I’m working on the product now which is called Podcast Blogging Uncut so if there’s anything you want to KNOW about podcasting, let me know and I’ll try and cover it for you.
Have more guest post series on my blog:
The last guest post series went down really WELL and the feedback I got back from you guys was fab…
So I’m going to do LOTS more of them this year and TURN them into a podcast series aswell.
I am going to be picky with WHO I ask to take part though as I want to keep my blog and podcast HYPE free (lol)
Have a product/ products on the Kindle:
Kindle mania has took over the world so I really want to add KINDLE products to my plan this year. ..
I don’t think it’s as easy as ALL the guru’s are making out though but I’d like to give it a GO and see if I can sell some AND use it as a LEAD generator to other stuff I’m doing.
Get some help with my transcriptions:
As much as I luv transcribing, there’s only so much I can do on my own…
So if I want to take on more clients, I’m gonna need ANOTHER pair of hands. I did try and do this last year but it didn’t really work out that well…
But I’ll give it another go!
Let someone interview me:
Kathy Dobson asked if she could interview me and I said NO because the thought of it scared the heck out of me…
It’s the only fear I’ve got left now so I definitely want to FACE up to this one this year and I promised Kathy I would (lol)
Start my new role as Sally Neill’s affiliate manager:
I’m soooooo honoured that Sally asked me to do it. And really excited at the opportunity to work alongside someone that I think is the BEST in the business…
Hopefully Sally won’t try and gag me TOO much and I’ll be able to SHARE with you guys some stuff I learn while I’m doing it!
Obviously I’m still going to be blogging, building relationships, increasing my list and all that sort of stuff aswell…
But those are the MAIN things I’m gonna be concentrating on this year!

Wow, what a list! I need to do my own list of goals that I am going to achieve over 2012 and my ultimate aims.
Congratulations on becoming Sally’s Affiliate Manager – I bet you’ll get to learn all sorts of amazing things while you’re working behind the scenes. Please share any useful information that you get (I know you will!).
That’s a great list over a few different areas as well so there’ll be loads for you to blog about.

Hi Dawn, Congratulations on becoming Sally’s Affiliate manager. Fair play to you mate
I have to start recruiting soon as well, I’ve sent an email out to my other lists and have had sign ups every day since doing so
But will be going through the Affiliate module as soon as I’ve finished putting the package together…… by Monday 
Like Nikki said, that’s some list you’ve put together, but I know you’ll do it because you’re so motivated and have faced all of your fears so the only thing holding you back now is your work load.
Not to mention the fact that you love kicking butt so now it’s our turn if we ever see you slacking girly, I may not be able to swing my boot but I can nudge with the best of them.
I’m really pleased to see you trying a wide range of applications that kind of tie together nicely.
I still have products to get over on Kindle and would like to get them done in a steady rhythm throughout the year, starting with Ease the squeeze with auctions.
After reading Randy’s post last night i quite fancy a hard copy book as well but have so many irons in the fire that it may be towards the end of the year…. Just in time to give it to everyone for Christmas
Then there’s the training but I’m keeping a lid on that until I have everything mapped out.

Sounds like you have some exciting new things coming out this year, that is AWESOME!
I just signed up to your list to hear about the Pod casting – I am very unfamiliar with it, so looking forward to it.
That’s great that your transcription business is keeping you so busy that you need to hire someone
I put the last eBook I wrote a few weeks ago on Kindle – only have had 1 sale, but I guess that is a start, right? That is only because I told some friends about it – just wish I knew how to market it a bit better.
I think you will do GREAT on your interview – think of it as like you are talking to her as a friend. I think it is an excellent opportunity for you and what is really cool is that you will be putting them on their own unique page – very cool!!
I know it will be a BLAST working with Sally as her affiliate manager – just hope you will be able to keep up with everything else
Good Luck with everything you have planned, you are a determined gal, so I am sure you will have no problem getting these goals accomplished.

Great plans. Posting them in public really helps — congrats.
Finishing up a 30 day blog challenge with Dr. Mani. Been great but no time for a lot else. Personal challenge for February — Read and make notes on a book a day — from hard drive.
Studying Viral Ad System by Kevin Riley. Would like to form a small group (of beginners in this traffic method) to work on this with the thought that if we pool efforts (maybe via a Skype conference)it would benefit us all. Drop me a note if interested.

Sally Neill is the best and I learnt more from her in 12 weeks than the whole 3 years I’d been online previously.
