My Triple 7 Links Challenge

Hope you all had a lovely christmas and happy new year…
Before christmas Randy Smith, Julie Dunlop and DeeAnn Rice all nominated me to take part in The 7 Link Challenge.
Thanks guys and girls!
I’m not doing it 3 times so you’re gonna have to MAKE do with it once (lol).
So for anyone that hasn’t heard of the challenge, I’ve got to go through my blog posts and pick:

So here goes…
My Most Beautiful Post:
That’s easy for me because it’s the one with my 2 gorgeous kids in it If My Kids Can Do It Then So Can I.
I was really REALLY scared because I had to interview an expert so my KIDS did an interview themselves to show me HOW it was done…
It was a lovely thing for them to do and I was really PROUD of them for doing it!
Plus it gave me the kick up the BUM I needed and I immediately asked Randy Smith if I could interview him…

My Most Popular Post:
I’ve not included the 100 blog post challenge in this one because that wouldn’t be right…
So I’ve gone with my NEXT post that had the most comments which was My First In Front Of Camera Video And An Exclusive Bonus From Sally Neill.
I think it was popular because it was the FIRST time people got to see the REAL me…
And also because Sally Neill gave me an exclusive BONUS for people that bought her Learn With Sally Coaching via my link…

My Most Controversial Post:
This was hard for me because I’m NOT a controversial person. So instead of a blog post that was controversial…
I went for one of my blog posts that had a controversial COMMENT instead which was Not Bad But Needs Work.
Andreas Spyrou was a naughty boy giving me JIP about my video and saying it was rubbish.He had me going for a WHILE and then he turned it around into the BEST comment everrrrrrrrrrrr…

My Most Helpful Post:
I’ve picked Small Lists Can Get Results Too for this one because it showed people that you DON’T need a big mailing list to make money!
It also detailed the EXACT steps that I’d just took to promote Learn With Sally to my list and how ANYONE could follow me and do the same.
My Most Surprising Post:
I’ve picked my What Would You Do Differently And Why guest post series for this one!
1. Because I couldn’t believe the people I asked to take part said yes
2. Because all the feedback and comments I received was fantastic

That’s got to be my How To Get Your Audio Transcribed For Free blog post.
I did a little competition giving AWAY two 60 minute audio transcriptions for FREE…
I thought it would create MORE comments than it did. But that was probably down to ME not promoting it enough (lol).
Most Proud Of Post:
This one definitely has got to be my Are Your Fears Holding You Back blog post.
This was when I wrote about ALL the things I wanted to do online but couldn’t because I was SCARED to do them!
Sally Neill encouraged me to write this post because she said it WOULD make me more accountable…
Which it did and with Sally’s help I went on to ACHIEVE every single one of my goals…..yayyyyyy

You know I don’t like fake gurus so you’ll never see any of them on my blog!
Awwww how could I everrrrrr forget you, you’ve been fab to me and I will never forget that…
And if I hadn’t of joined your Randys More Monthly forum I wouldn’t of made all the fab friends that I’m lucky enough to have!
I’ve been a bit poorly over christmas and new year with a throat and chest infection…
Still got it so don’t know if I can make it to your meet up on Saturday as I sound like an old horse (lol)
I hope so cause it will be lovely to chat again!

Great post Dawn and a lot of great posts you linked to as well.
I haven’t been through them all so will have to take the time. I think I first found you while you were doing the interview series of what you’d do differently which I enjoyed by the way.
Okay, I’m going to have to stop by and see why Andreas gave you such a hard time. Shame on him but then again, sounds like he made it up to you. Darn good thing now.
So glad you took this challenge and sounds like you had a lot of people after you. I enjoyed doing it myself but it took time to go back through to see which posts were worthy of being included. You did a great job Dawn.

Yeah Andreas got me going for a while and as I was reading his first few lines my heart sank and I really thought he didn’t like it (lol)…
But he was messing with me and he said some lovely things after that which was cool!
Like you I enjoyed going through all of my posts and choosing which ones to include…
Some of them I think I’d forgotten about (lol)
I’m glad we eventually found each other and thank you for all your support.

I found the 7 Links challenge to be really interesting when I went back through all of my old posts to see which ones to use – did you also find it to be a fascinating trip through the history of your blog?

I did have a fab christmas thanks despite being ill!

Hi Dawn,
Another great post in the 7 Links challenge series that’s been going around. I had great fun when i done my one as I saw the journey i had been on since starting my blog.
I thought the post that you included were excellent Dawn. They really show people what can be done when you put your mind to it.
I had commented on them all except one (so i put that right
) and of course i have done my thing 
I remember Andreas’s comment and still smile about it. The evil so and so
I think it’s really good for people to come and see the journey that you’ve been on since last April when you said about Fear holding you back. Look at you now girl… Kicking fear into touch and coming out on top
Or should I say Kicked FEAR into touch and have come out on top
Goals for this year, ummmm still trying to finish what i started last year then i want to create a couple of free products, another video challenge and then start some training program towards the end of the year. Still need to map it all out yet though.

It was good to take a look back and see where I’ve come from and yeah, the turning point for me was my Are Your Fears Holding You Back post – because mine was!
Once I’d realized that and that I needed help I just had to hound Sally to death to start doing coaching (lol)
And you know the rest!
Sally pushes all the right buttons, gets you out of your comfort zone and onto taking the action!
It’s been one heck of a ride and I’m really glad I shared it with you Barry.
